Introduction

My current role is part of the Learning & Development team in FBD Insurances.  Moodle is the Learning Management System (LMS) used by the organisation.  Since the introduction of Moodle to the organisation we have progressed from using external developers to create e-learning modules to producing our own e-learning courses.  My goal is to develop my instructional design skills to create more innovative and engaging content and increase my awareness of trends and developments in learning technology.
